  Friendly helpful staff, spacious apartment, amenities inside the apartment is fab, esp when compared to another more expensive accomm we just came from @ Dongara. Great location. Will definitely book again

  A fantastic position on the main strip of the town. The two bedroom apartment offered a generous living space, well equipped kitchen and dining area. There is also a generous pool. The balcony's offer a fantastic view and you are only few hundred metres to everything in the town.
  
  The owners of the property were delightful and were happy to help with any extra questions we had. Definitely worth a return visit.

  Do yourself a favour & stay here!
  Beautifully appointed, clean & spacious units. We had a ground floor, corner unit & it had 2 outside sitting areas, huge kitchen, 2 large bedrooms with a king bed in master (a great surprise!) plus a double & single in 2nd bedroom. All the necessary cooking implements were provided plus a washing machine & a clothes line outside our apartment. Furnishings & fittings were lovely & felt quite luxe.
  The river mouth foreshore & parkland were across the road. Foreshore was great for walking along, swimming & lots of people fishing there at sunset. Plus dinghy & canoe hire there. The 2 pubs are a block away from the Apartments, so also an easy stroll. And the Apartments’ pool with 2 BBQs looked inviting but sadly we didn’t get to utilise.
  Inside the unit we had foxtel, Netflix etc on large smart TV & 2 v comfy couches to sink into.
  Thanks for our great stay. We will def be back & will recommend to anyone heading your way!

  Just had a week at KMVA. Great accommodation in good location. Lovely pool area in quiet complex. Chris was super helpful with all our phonecalls and queries prior to arrival, and Russell was very helpful, pleasant and chatty during our stay. We’ll definitely be back.

  first time staying here and would definitely come back again. Apartment 5 was spacious and well laid out, very clean and tidy. Great sized rooms for a family of 4. Lovely amenities and gardens. Caretakers were very friendly and approachable. Loved how close it was to walk to beach and river and had great view of both from our apartment. And a relatively close drive to most of the tourist attractions. Highly recommend.
